Over the past decade, I have gained extensive experience in supporting individuals with special educational needs (SEN). My journey began as a teaching assistant in a mainstream school where I worked closely with students diagnosed with a variety of conditions such as autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. My role involved adapting lesson plans to accommodate each student's unique needs, employing techniques like visual aids, sensory activities, and structured routines to enhance their learning experience. Following this, I pursued a degree in Special Education, where I delved deeper into understanding the complexities and nuances of different disabilities.
